How to use:
Step 1 – Make-up Remover Oil
Apply the make-up remover oil directly to a dry face and massage gently in circular motions. Focus on eyes, lips and made-up areas to dissolve make-up, sebum and impurities. Rinse with lukewarm water.
Step 2 – Cleansing Mousse
Apply one or two pumps of mousse to a damp face. Massage gently to complete the cleansing and remove any residue. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat your face dry.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order preparation before shipping. Fast , tracked shipping throughout Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia) takes 24-48 business hours (an additional 2 days for smaller islands), handled by BRT express courier. Tracked shipments to EU countries take 3-5 business days.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and once it has been processed, you will receive an email/text notification with tracking information.
For every order placed, we take extreme care in packaging every detail to ensure your product arrives intact and protected.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
We want your Naturesaudé experience to be perfect. To ensure maximum hygiene and safety for all our customers, given the characteristics of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns for items that are still sealed and intact in their original packaging.
However, this limitation does not apply to items that are defective or damaged upon delivery or if the request is made after the maximum return deadlines.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipment must be made via a courier with a trackable service. The tracking code must be provided via email.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or damage during transportation. Once the return is accepted, a refund will be processed for the original amount minus shipping costs.
