Fast , tracked shipping throughout Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia) takes 24-48 business hours (an additional 2 days for smaller islands), handled by BRT express courier. Tracked shipments to EU countries take 3-5 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
We want your Naturesaudé experience to be perfect. To ensure maximum hygiene and safety for all our customers, given the characteristics of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns for items that are still sealed and intact in their original packaging.
However, this limitation does not apply to items that are defective or damaged upon delivery or if the request is made after the maximum return deadlines.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipment must be made via a courier with a trackable service. The tracking code must be provided via email.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or damage during transportation. Once the return is accepted, a refund will be processed for the original amount minus shipping costs.
